When I first heard about this publication coming from two very well respected individuals I knew it would be good. However I did not anticipate how pragmatic it was in nature. Between insights based on incredible research conducted in the various case studies to the formulaic nature of thier findings, this book should be in possession of every type of professional looking to change their current processes to be more agile and quick to adapt in order to stay relevant. The grammar is good, but the sentences elongate, making it easy to get lost.

I just read this book cover to cover in four sittings - mostly on airplanes. It was very informative, well written, and packed with great information about scaling innovation, corporate culture and organization alignment. Being a Director in high tech supply chain, this is extremely relevant to all my functions. Highly recommended reading.
Fantastic, a must read for anyone serious about innovation. Lockwood and Papkee nailed it. As a CEO of a technology company, I will use this as a playbook for innovation design. Highly recommend this book!

I've heard Edgar speak before a small audience before, and if you can find that opportunity, take it. In the meantime, read his books....you will be enriched with positive thinking which can lead to positive actions and positive results.
